IF it says “work in progress” in your dashboard it means you haven’t hit the publish button yet. No one can find your lens until you publish it for the world to see. When you’re done with that I suggest you take a look at my recent Squidoo Tutorial posts ~ they should help you out.

Jackie, I made a lens the other day to sell an ebook from clickbank. I waited days for it to be uploaded in google, and I found out the reason; it was not even uploaded in squidoo, it said “0 featured and 1 work-in-progress”, or something like that. Why does squidoo take so long in uploading a lens! Is it because my lens is bad or spammy?? my email is estmarin@gmail.com, I’d love to know how to make a lens to be on google and in squidoo itself in less time, I’M TIRED OF WAITING!!

Thanks for the great insights. Just when I think I may be getting a handle on this maze someone like you reminds me of something I had forgotten. This back linking business is really important, but I think I forget some of the most important things I need to be doing to get them.

A body almost needs six hands and three heads to keep up with all the things they need to do just to break even.

Great info on building a squidoo lens. Also liked your article on using google trends, which I have found not to be very helpful either.
