Before I tell you about[tag]analyzing your niche[/tag] a little about me. This weekend we had a bit of a heat wave and I decided to bust loose and get out of the house and away from the computer! Hanna and I went to the ZOO.
I must admit though I was very tired. I woke up with her about 1:30am or so, and with all this back to basics work I’ve been doing my brain started Pop Pop POPPING (like Jamie says over at WA). I started having all these ideas for great niches, and great keywords, lenses I wanted to build. Next thing I knew the sun was coming up. Even though I was excited to get crackin’ on my new ideas we decided to grab some fresh air while before the temperature plummets again.
Today I wanted to talk to you about analyzing your niche. I must say before joining [tag]Wealthy Affiliate[/tag] I had never done this. (which is probably at least part of the problem)
When you analyze your niche you are looking for [tag]search volume[/tag] and whether it is an increasing [tag]trend[/tag] or on the way out.
Travis of [tag]Bum Marketing[/tag] is much better qualified to tell you all about analyzing your niche, so I will let him, but I do want to say it was a serious eye opener when I ran the three niche ideas I had remaining through this process. The idea I thought I was going to go with, and thought would be a really good niche ended up coming out really low and I saw it probably would not have been a great niche to go with. That’ s the power of taking some time to [tag]do your research[/tag]. I saved who knows how much time, effort and money by not choosing to go with that niche.
Ok here’s Travis:

Let’s Get to Know Each Other!
Social media gives me the opportunity to get to know you better, as well as giving me the opportunity to share more of me than just the "internet marketing" side. I share multiple facets of me, and my life on social media, so if you choose to connect with me don't expect it to be 100% internet marketing... because it's not. :)
