Clickbank also has some pretty heavy obstacles to overcome (100 dollars in commissions, 5 different users purchasing products, one mastercard payment, one visa payment etc) to get your first check. If you are new to affiliate marketing it might take you a little while to meet all those obstacles ~ how do you get paid until then?

PayDotCom PayDotCom is another option to clickbank. It is another marketplace where you can find affiliate products to promote, however there are a couple major differences.

There is no fee to join, you just need to make sure you have a business paypal account and not a personal account, which costs you nothing either.

In addition to one time purchases PaydotCom also offers subscription based affiliate programs, so once someone buys you are paid each month they have the subscription.

They provide tracking and stats for your campaigns.

They also offer plenty of promotional tools for you to use.

It is not as big as Clickbank, and does not offer as many products, but it is growing quickly. I would suggest you use paydotcom in conjunction with your clickbank affiliate products.

7 Dollar Offers 7 Dollar Offers is another great way to make some instant cash. If you are unfamiliar with this site it is a directory of products that are all 7 dollars. (pretty slick huh?). Each and every one of these offers you can promote and receive 100% commission into your paypal account. To promote any of these products all you have to do is take the product url and add ?e=yourpaypaladdress.com at the end. It’s pretty amazing. When someone clicks on your link with your paypal account address they will be taken to a payment page with your name on it. I would seriously recommend cloaking your affiliate links I especially encourage you to cloak 7 dollar offers links. You don’t want your paypal address just hanging out on the internet.

Each time someone purchases through your link you will get 100% commission. Yeah it’s only 7 dollars, but it’s a start. You can offer more than one product and it quickly adds up. It’s just one more income stream that will get your going. If you only sold 5 7 Dollar Products you could pay for your Aweber account each month. Right?

Take a couple minutes to browse around PayDotCom and 7 Dollar Offers, see if they have anything available that is related to your niche or goes well with your site. Go ahead and use them. It will allow you to start earning money now while you jump through all of clickbank’s hoops.
