I recently watched the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead on Netflix. I was totally inspired to do something to better my health. I finally decided to do a 10 day juice fast. I opened an account at Join the Reboot ~ the site that kind of goes along with the movie, started participating. The site is not laid out very well, and things can be difficult to find. Social media gives me the opportunity to get to know you better, as well as giving me the opportunity to share more of me than just the "internet marketing" side.
