There’s no reason to use simple tags any longer. WordPress will automatically do what simple tags used to do. Just add your tags in the right hand side of the post creation area.

you might try using the pretty links plugin ~ that’s what I’m using now. just google pretty links plugin.

I cannot seem to find the Simple Link Cloaker in WP anymore. Have they moved it or changed the name? Or is it still there and I’m totally missing it?

I haven’t heard of this happening. You might check your settings page and make sure you don’t have the box checked that chooses a static page for your homepage.

Hey there, I just found your site today and was installing some of the plugins you recommend. When I installed the Dofollow somehow my homepage decided it wanted to point to a static page! Ack! So now my posts aren’t showing on the homepage. I uninstalled the plugin but still doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Ahh… you’re in the wrong place. Go to settings ~ and you’ll see all in one seo ~ when you click that it will be where you can make changes.

You are in the editor area, where any changes will actually change the plugin ~ not what you want to do.

Just scroll down farther to the “settings” area and find it there.
