People pay for sites for what they are currently doing ~ not the potential they have. But that could be something to look at. @Hubtonomy ~ If you've focused your sites on particular keywords chances are the potential is much greater to target the entire niche. For example ~ say you have a site based on the keyword "baby footprint stamp" ~ if it doesn't prove profitable you may find the whole "baby crafting" niche is much more profitable ~ and allows you to offer many more offers than you can on a site about footprint stamps. As little time and effort as it takes to create a newsletter it always seems worth it to me ~ a one time hit at a website or the ability to contact them as often as you want for an unlimited amount of time. For me ~ a list is always a win.
