Keyword Lists for Sale

I know it can be overwhelming when you see a list of 101 different possible niche ideas. I started going through them the other night after I wrote the post. I found some niches that have a lot of possibility.
I decided to put together a list of keywords for some of the better niches I found from the list.
I will only be selling 20 of each list. That way it won’t get too saturated if everyone uses the lists. This also lets me keep the price very low. I will continue to add lists to this page as I get them done. 
Ride on Toys: 
- This is the first of the lists I will be offering. It has 169 related and relevant buying keywords.
- The list also includes the SOC ~ or level of competition. The keywords rank from 0 to 125 which is in the yellow zone but will be fine toward the end. There are only 3 yellow keywords ~ the rest have an SOC of 45 or less.
- The global search volume is also included for each keyword.
- The ad cost is also included. This is the amount an advertiser would pay to publish an ad on this keyword. You can usually count on your money per click being a little less than half that number.
The list is in CSV format ~ which means you will need excel or some sort of spreadsheet program to open it. You can probably use open office or google docs to open if you need to. I can not provide support for opening these files. When I went to open the file it automatically opened with excel.
- I have also included a list of general keywords that have domains available. I’ve listed the domain type that are available for each keyword as well as the search volume for each. I have also provided a list of possible words to use to create a unique domain name using the keywords.
So what’s it gonna cost you?

Once you pay you will receive an email with the download link in it. The download link will say click here to download. You will probably see a box that asks if you want to open or save the list ~ go ahead and save it somewhere on your computer where you’ll be able to find it. Once you’ve saved it to your computer you will need a program to open zip files ~ win zip is a good one if you don’t have one already. You have to open the zip file and then you can open the CSV file (the keyword list).
There are only 20 3 copies available so when they are gone they are gone.

This keyword list includes:
- 113 targeted, relevant, buying keywords
- SOC (level of competition) All keywords are well within the green range in Micro Niche Finder, with the highest SOC being a 50, and the lowest being 0.
- Global search volume ~ in exact match (ranging from over 8000 monthly to around 100 monthly searches. Over 1/2 the keywords have over 500 monthly search volume)
- Ad cost for adsense is shown
- Some domain names available and some ideas for creating domain names yourself.
The list is provided in CSV format. You will need some sort of spreadsheet software to open the document. You can get open office if you don’t have excel and it should work.
When you purchase your list you will receive an email and it will have your download link in the email. Simply right click and save it someplace on your computer where you can find it again. You will also need an unzipping software as the whole bundle is zipped. You can use winzip if you do not already have a program for unzipping.

If you are starting to feel like you need to buy everything, take a step back and get off of almost every email list you belong to. I run through a purge for myself about once a month.
At one point in time I probably signed up to that person’s list for a free report, but they haven’t sent me anything but sales pitches the last 4 weeks. Guess what, I am deleting myself from their list.
Stop reading and start doing something. At some point you will get it right and everything will click for you, but if you don’t do anything your odds are 0%.

not sure which post you’re wanting ~ the one here or the one at her place. I will tell you how I found both of them in less than a minute. I went to potpiegirl.com and clicked the “search potpiegirl.com” button in the sidebar and then put in cloth diaper ~ up popped the series she did on my lens.
Here I did the same thing.
cloth diaper in the search box and up popped the post. It’s the ask and you might get it post. 
Those search boxes are something. love ‘em.

All of the keywords on the pdf are green except the last 3 ~ 0 is best ~
Backlinks to a site means you link to the domain name ~ backlinks to a page/post mean you link directly to the post itself.
We will be doing both for these niche blogs.
I don’t know exactly what you’re doing Pat so it’s hard for me to say where you should start ~ you’ve mentioned a ton of things today and I don’t know what you’ve decided on.
the first thing to do is choose a domain name. I’ll be posting more tomorrow on the next step.
If you want to go faster than what I’m doing I highly recommend you grab Niche Blogger by Amy Bass. http://www.nicheblogger.internetmarketingformommies.com It will be just about what I’m doing ~ although she doesn’t emphasize keyword research for all the blog posts the way I am going to show you how to do ~ but setting up the site will be the same.

I’m working off the pdf and the colors are not there for me, if I seem a little lost I’ am. I was reading a thing from Jennifer on something that I have questions on. Backlinks to site and backlinks to page. What’s the difference for SEO? I want to start something this evening with this. What should I start with? This is my last question for today.

A blog is a website ~ it’s just a matter of what platform you are using. I recommend getting hosting and hosting your own site ~ but if all you can do is blogger, then by all means get started there.
No you don’t pay to have ads on your site ~ other people pay google to PUT the ads on your site. As a person that puts ads on your site you get a commission when someone clicks the ad.
We’ll get to lenses for this ~ just stick to one step at a time.
You always want SOC to be low, but depending on what you’re doing it can be higher than others. I’d stick with in the green checkmark range for niche blogging.
For lenses I’d say 20 or below.

Since I finally read the post, I grasp it a little more. However, if I get a domain name, do I want multiple domain names? Do I want a Squidoo lens? Blogging creating a domain name, I really don’t understand. I thought you just came up with whatever was available? Can you do a niche where I can follow what you are doing so I have some idea where to get started?
I seem to only know what you do, after mirroring what you do. When your not there, I really have no clue what I’m up to. I feel good about Squidoo but now this is really new and I’m needing some direction. I’m going to work on this stuff this evening, so hopefully you will have some great advice . Thanks, Pat
One other wacky question. Do I want to create a Squidoo lens for this? Do I want the SOC to be low? or High? What choice do I make? I need a clue where to start.

Second issue is you talk about “my money per click” do I have to purchase pay per click keywords for this strategy?

I understand how you feel, I felt the same way too. However when you follow the steps, slow and tedious as they might seem, it does work. The thing you need to do is just focus on one project at a time and then repeat with another. Folllow the steps given by jackie and you will not fail. And stop buying those e-books that promises millions.

This is a message to Alex in the post above. Don’t buy everything that looks great and promises the world. Start off with Jackie. She hasn’t asked you to buy all the crap out there. She only asks everyone to get off their butt and take action.
Follow the steps, annoying and slow as they are for newbies and you will start figuring this mess out. It actually starts making sense after a while.
The quick buck seems appealing, however just keeping with the basics is much more cost effective and you will learn more with Jackie mentoring you. Hope this helps. I did the same thing as you.

I totally get how you’re feeling. It’s not a hoax, and you won’t find me hoisting a bunch of products on you. I really only sell things that will make life simpler.
The best thing I can suggest is to find an internet marketing strategy you feel comfortable with. Once you’ve decided on a strategy you need to just follow through step by step.
If you would like step by step information you sure can find it here. If you want to work on building squidoo lenses there are step by step instructions in the articles link at the top of the page.
If you want to build niche blogs I’m starting that tutorial series as we speak. It’s not a hoax, it’s just that there is a lot of information most people assume people know ~ what I’ve found is that most beginners have no clue about the “assumed knowledge”. That’s what I teach here ~ the stuff everyone else already thinks you know.
If you want to take action ~ then stick around. Ask questions when you get stuck. We’ll get you through it.
