Lee McIntyre A Breath of Fresh Air in Internet Marketing

Yesterday I came across an ebook called 500 Only.  It was a refreshing look at how a young man named Lee McIntyre got started in his [tag-tec]internet marketing business[/tag-tec].  Now Lee is a young man and last July was a complete novice. He had no list, no JV partners, no money and he was able to earn over 7000 dollars his first month!!

It felt a little hypey going in,  but when I read the book I was delightfully surprised that Lee is NOT preaching all the things the “gurus” do. In fact what he is teaching flies in the face of everything I have learned online about internet marketing and I LOVED IT.

I immediately went to his blog, Lee McIntyre’ Internet Marketing Secrets where I found more of the same mindset.  Let me explain.

Lee McIntyre is all about giving people way more than they expect, for a smaller price and building a relationship with his readers/subscribers.

I know, I know, you hear it everywhere, but you can FEEL this guy means it and believes it.  He’s not just saying it because it’s what’s expected in a [tag-tec]Web 2.0 [/tag-tec]world.

I spent quite a while reading his blog last night, and found more [tag-tec]viral ebooks[/tag-tec] he’s published and they were all amazing.  He makes it feel doable, to be a success in this internet marketing business.  Whether IM is your niche or you have a niche completely unrelated, he makes you feel it is possible.

Maybe because he’s just a regular guy, only recently quit his teaching job and hasn’t been around the web forever, he still has that nice “real guy” smell to him.

Anyway, he has put out quite a few products about marketing on ebay, which I don’t do, but you may find them interesting.  Auction Profits Unleashed,  Auto Auction Income, Auction Profit Secrets and many more.  He has also started a membership site filled with resources, information and a wonderful forum.  It’s called Standing Start Profits.  The forum in this site is amazing.  People are getting together in action groups working on building real projects and supporting one another through the whole process.
