I&#039;ve heard that as well, and there are some instances I think it&#039;s a great theory. However, if I&#039;m supposedly teaching someone how to do something I think it&#039;s best to know what you are doing before you lead people down a path that may cost them time and money and lead them nowhere. 

I think this comes up a lot when people new to internet marketing come into the game and think they can ONLY jump into teaching people how to make money online. I think this is a really bad idea (and I did the same thing). There are so many other ways that you can make money online without pretending you know what you are doing when you don&#039;t.  

Find something you DO know a lot about and teach people looking to learn that, how to do it. :)

Once you are making money if you want to show people how you did it, and how they can follow in your footsteps, then do it then.
